The Best Short Ribs!
Ingredients:
- 6 beef flanken style short ribs
- 2 tsp liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp gram masala
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Instructions:
- Mix all seasonings and sugar together in bowl.
- Lay clean ribs on a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with seasoning mix. Flip over and season.
- Place in a container and marinate for 2-4 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum, then place the ribs on the sheet. Bake for 30-45 minutes, then flip and bake for another 30-45 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
- Enjoy topped with bbq sauce or Szechuan chile oil.
