The Best Short Ribs!

 


Ingredients:

  • 6 beef flanken style short ribs
  • 2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/4 cup  brown sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp gram masala
  • 1 tsp Turmeric 

Instructions:

  1. Mix all seasonings and sugar together in bowl. 
  2. Lay clean ribs on a baking sheet and sprinkle generously with seasoning mix. Flip over and season. 
  3. Place in a container and marinate for 2-4 hours. 
  4. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum, then place the ribs on the sheet. Bake for 30-45 minutes, then flip and bake for another 30-45 minutes or until cooked all the way through. 
  6. Enjoy topped with bbq sauce or Szechuan chile oil.
